Read the header
The line under the title says how many members are 1at risk, how many of them are high, and when the list was last scored. It is scored every night from each member’s own rhythm: days since their last visit, visits down month over month, no-shows and late cancels, a new member not settling in, no future bookings, a failed payment. How someone becomes at risk explains the score.
Narrow it
2Everyone / Not yet contacted is the filter that stops anyone being called twice. Not yet contacted leaves out everyone an outreach actually reached: an approved email that was sent, or a call someone marked Handled.
Read the list
3Members at risk is the list itself, highest score first: the member and their plan, how to reach them, their last visit, the top signal in plain words and the suggested move. A name in red scores 7 or more.
Do this today
- Choose High and Not yet contacted.
- Take the top five. Click each name to open their profile and read their last visits and payments before you call.
- Call or text them yourself. You are asking how they are, not selling.
- Tap Handled once you have spoken to someone. The row stays, marked with who and when; any save waiting for them in Approvals is withdrawn and no new one is proposed for seven days, so nobody hears from the studio twice.
Leave a row alone and your AI team can draft the save for you instead: it arrives in Approvals for a decision.
