Steps
- Open Settings, then Features on the left.
- Check the master switch at the top, All outbound items. While it is off, nothing is drafted for a member and nothing is posted, whatever the rows under it say.
- Under Drafts to members, switch on what you want drafted for your approval: Retention saves, Payment recovery, Referral asks and Intro rescue emails.
- Under Public posts: Google posts, Review reply drafts, Holiday-hours changes and Blog drafts.
- Under Emails to you and your staff: the Monday owner’s brief, the monthly business review, missed check-ins, low-star review alerts, ad-watch alerts, and the two that go on to your team, coaching notes to instructors and location briefs to location managers.
What you see
Each switch saves itself: Saved ✓ — agents honor this on their next run.
Good to know
- Nothing reaches a member without you. Every draft to a member, and every public post, waits in Approvals.
- A switch stops the sending, never the data: with Retention saves off, the at-risk list is still there.
- The master switch does not touch the emails to you and your staff.
- Intro rescue emails and the two emails sent on to your team start off, until you turn them on.
- Each switch keeps its own position, so turning the master switch back on restores exactly what you had.
- Proposes, approves, proves draws what happens after a draft is written.
