What this board answers
Where is the report, brief, audit or saved Xyzi answer from three weeks ago? Each board shows only its five most recent documents; this is the complete record. Everything the AI employees produce with a date on it lands here, grouped by the department it belongs to.
How to read it
The department tabs pick a board, the Location list (shown when the studio has more than one site) keeps only the documents written about one site, and the date fields bound the search.
A small tile at the top reports the archive’s size against its limit, marked 1Healthy, Near limit or Over limit — prune.
Pinned comes first when anything is pinned: documents an owner has chosen to keep at the top forever.
The tab bar picks 2All departments or one department; the row beneath filters by date with from and to. When a filter is on, Clear · showing N of M removes it.
Documents are listed by department, newest first, in a table of 3Date, Document and Agent. The Agent column names which AI employee wrote it. A document whose title is a link opens in its own tab; one with an arrow opens somewhere outside Xyzios. Saved Xyzi answers file in a section of their own.
Load older documents appears once the list holds 200; press it to page back through the rest.
What you see depends on your access. A document that quotes the books reaches only people with See financials; it is withheld, not shown as missing. If you manage one location you see the reports, scorecards and coaching notes tagged with your own sites, plus any Xyzi answer you saved yourself.
What to do here
- Pick a department tab, or leave All departments and set a date range.
- Click a title to open it. Documents open in a new tab so you keep your place in the list.
- Owners and admins can pin: the pin at the left of a row keeps that document at the top forever; press it again to unpin.
- To create a document, ask an AI employee to run, or ask Xyzi a question and save its answer; each arrives here on its own.
- Nothing on this board deletes. If the tile reads Over limit — prune, tell Xyzios support.
Common questions
A document I know exists is not listed.
Three usual reasons: it quotes the books and your access does not include See financials; it is about a location you do not manage; or it is older than the newest 200, in which case Load older documents reaches it.
Why is a department missing from the tabs?
Only departments that have produced a document get a tab.
What does the tile at the top mean?
How many files the archive holds and how much space they take, against the plan’s limit.
Can I edit a document?
No. A document is a record of what was found on the day; a new run writes a new one.
Where do saved Xyzi answers go?
Under their own heading here, dated the day you saved them. You can always open one you saved yourself, whatever your access.
