Your first week

Your first week

Fifteen minutes a day for five days. Each day opens one board, reads a few numbers and ends with one thing to do.

Xyzios can show you a lot on the first day. This week shows you the part that pays back first, in the order an owner would want it: the money and the members, what is waiting on you, who to call, who is drifting away, and whether any of it worked.

Each day is one board. You read the few numbers that matter on it, with a picture from the Demo Studio numbered to match, and you do one thing before you close it. Where a board stays empty until something is set, the day says so and links to the how-to.

  1. Day 1Read the studio in five numbersOpen Overview and read the five cards across the top, then today’s priorities. Five minutes a morning from now on.
  2. Day 2Say yes, edit or noApprovals is where your AI team’s drafts wait for a person. Deciding them is the one part of Xyzios only you can do.
  3. Day 3Who to call todayThe Sales Desk paces this week and this month against your goals, then lists who to call, in the order the chance runs out.
  4. Day 4Who is drifting awayAt Risk scores every member’s rhythm each night. Call the few who matter most before they cancel.
  5. Day 5Did it work?Recovered Revenue is the ledger of what your approved actions verifiably earned. It is the proof number behind Xyzios.

Before you start

  • Sign in at app.xyzios.com. On a phone, install it so it opens like an app.
  • Read How Xyzios works once. Every day below leans on its one idea: Xyzios proposes, you approve, the ledger proves it.
  • Directors and location managers can follow the same week. A board your role does not open is skipped; your role’s page says which ones you have.

After the week

The five boards become a habit that takes about ten minutes most days:

  • Every morning: Overview, then Approvals. Decide what is waiting before the day gets busy.
  • Monday: the owner’s brief in your inbox, and the Sales Desk’s week against goals.
  • Through the week: the call sheets and the at-risk list, worked by you or handed to whoever makes the calls.
  • At month end: Targets against the plan, Recovered Revenue for the proof, and Recap for the numbers a coach asks for.
