Switch location

Every board reads for all your locations or for one of them. The location control in the top bar picks which.

Who can
Anyone at a studio with more than one location

Steps

  1. Find the location control in the top bar, to the left of Ask Xyzi.
  2. On a computer with three sites or fewer, tap All or a site’s name. With more sites, or on a phone, open the dropdown and pick one. Phones show All for All locations.
  3. The board narrows to that site, and your choice follows you from board to board.

Good to know

  • A reload starts again on All locations.
  • The control hides on boards that are company-wide by nature, and at a studio with one location.
  • A Location Manager has no All: their boards open on their first site. On the Sales Desk alone, All reads Your locations, their sites added up.
  • Locations explains planned, presale and live sites, and how All locations adds them up.
