What this board answers

Did we hit today, are we on pace this week, how far to the founding goal, how much money is in, and how many days to open. It exists for a location in presale: selling memberships before its first class. The board sits in the rail only while a location is in presale or in its launch window, the thirty days after the public launch. A presale room is kept out of the Sales Desk on purpose; this is its sales board.

How to read it

The title is the location. With more than one room in presale a tab bar picks one; a room past presale carries · launch on its tab. The line under the title says where the sales come from (your presale sheet and your booking platform) and Opens with the days left. A caption reports the last Sheet uploaded, Booking platform synced and Launch dates uploaded, or says No sheet uploaded yet and No launch dates yet.

Five cards: Today (sold of goal, with to go, goal met or over), This week (Monday to today against goal per day times selling days, on pace or behind by), Founding members (cumulative toward the founding goal, with the percentage and how many a day it now needs), Presale revenue (membership sales from the sheet plus registration fees from your booking platform), and Days to open (public and private launch dates from the calendar). With no sheet a card shows a dash and upload the sales sheet; with no goal it shows the count and set a daily goal in Settings. Nothing reads green on absent data.

Below the cards:

  • Pace to open: cumulative sales against the dashed Required line, which recomputes from today’s count, with each day’s sales as bars.
  • Launch calendar: a month grid with milestones by type (Build, Event, Private launch, Public launch, Marketing, Staffing, Other) and that day’s sales in the corner, coloured by the daily goal. Click a day to list it; the chips under the grid filter by type.
  • Daily scoreboard: the last 14 selling days with Sales, Goal, Fees and Result, plus the current streak and best day.
  • Launch tracker: the same milestones as a checklist grouped by type, a completed bar, and Next actions.
  • Who is buying: by product and by Sold by, when the sheet carries those columns.
  • Opened an account, nothing bought yet and Paid a fee, no membership yet: the call lists, with contact details. More to call carries any other Sales Desk list naming this room.

A Location Manager sees only a room in their own locations. Front desk does not have this board.

What to do here

  1. Upload sales sheet (xlsx or csv) whenever the sheet changes; the caption confirms rows loaded and rows skipped. Upload launch dates loads the milestones. Both are for the owner and admin.
  2. Goals & products → opens Settings → Presale: the Daily goal, Founding-member goal, Selling days, where founding sales are recorded, and which booking-platform products count as a Founding membership, a Registration fee, or Ignore. A mapping marked proposed is a guess until you save it.
  3. Tick a milestone’s checkbox when it is done, on the calendar or the tracker. Owners, Directors and Location Managers can check off; it records who and when.
  4. + Add a date adds a milestone by hand (Milestone, Date, Ends, Type, Owner); the pencil edits or deletes one. Hand-entered dates survive the next dates upload.
  5. Work the call lists. A name opens their Member 360. Lead with the founding membership.

Common questions

Everything shows a dash.

No sheet has been uploaded yet, or the caption says Tracker tables are not enabled yet — ask Xyzios support.

Sales rung in the booking platform are not counted.

Map the product under Goals & products →. Only mapped products count, and a fee is not a membership.

The founding number and the Sales Desk disagree.

They never meet: founding sales do not enter the Sales Desk or the company totals.

The board vanished.

The room’s launch window ended, thirty days after its public launch. Its plan stays in Knowledge as the Launch Plan.

The room opened but the board still says presale.

A location goes live at its first attended check-in, picked up by the nightly refresh. Xyzios support (Report issue, in your account menu) can also set the stage by hand.
